Job Matching/Placement and Incentives |

These services are available to individuals who are unlikely to succeed in conducting their own job search for a variety of reasons that may include a lack of experience or real or perceived barriers to employment.
For job seekers, job matching will provide:
- Help in matching the individual skills and interests with employment opportunities
- Facilitation and negotiations of potential employment agreements
- On-the-job training opportunities
- Placement support in resolving workplace issues to ensure a successful match
- Support to remove work related barriers
For employers, job matching will provide:
- Assistance in developing an on-the-job training plan that is consistent with the workplace requirements and realistic for the participant’s capabilities
- Pre-screened Individuals with assessed skills, aptitudes, and interests that relate to their business needs
- Support in identifying and resolving workplace issues that may arise after hire
- Mentoring and coaching support during and after the placement
- Financial incentives to offset some of the costs associated with on-the-job training, where appropriate and necessary
