The WorkPlace is a Project funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by Special Needs Employment Services Inc., an organization with over 27 years experience in preparing job seekers for “WorkPlace” success.

Our client base is comprised of individuals from all walks of life. Our staff members specialize in assisting job seekers with disabilities.Every client is ready, eager and able to perform at his or her best and we pride ourselves on connecting our clients with members of our business community who value a diversified workforce. Each client of The WorkPlace has worked with an employment advisor to determine his or her strengths and skill set and is eager to put their skills to work.

We offer a wide range of services, at no charge to you, to help you reduce the time and money you spend recruiting, training and maintaining effective employees. Our staff members offer employment solutions by bringing our experience and client base together, allowing us to offer you pre-screened, skilled candidates and assistance with scheduling interviews. We work hard to eliminate pre-employment issues by offering information and support concerning job modifications, accommodations and government wage subsidy programs. To ensure the long-term success of our clients, we offer on-going support after placement.
